By using Boston Porta Potties Rental PotSwift services, you agree to these terms. PotSwift, operated by Luis Suarez at 633 Tremont St, Boston MA 02118, provides portable restroom rental services throughout the Boston area.
We provide clean, sanitized portable restrooms for events, construction sites, and temporary needs. Rental periods are specified in your contract. Units must be accessible by our delivery truck. Customer is responsible for securing necessary permits and ensuring delivery location compliance with local regulations.
Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees. Prices include delivery, pickup, and standard servicing. Additional services or emergency requests may result in extra charges. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
Customer must provide accurate delivery information and ensure site accessibility. Misuse, vandalism, or theft of units is customer’s responsibility. Customer liable for damages beyond normal wear. Units must not be moved without authorization.
Cancellations require 48-hour notice. Emergency weather cancellations are handled case-by-case. Refunds processed within 10 business days when applicable.
PotSwift maintains insurance but is not liable for indirect damages. Customer assumes responsibility for unit security and proper usage. Damage assessments are final.
